7. Free Trial NFC Product Usage Terms

As part of the free trial program, Review Boost AI provides NFC-enabled products (including but not limited to NFC Tap Cards, Coasters, and Stands) free of charge for the duration of the trial. By participating in the free trial, you agree to the following terms:

Free Product Usage:

All NFC-enabled products are provided temporarily for the duration of the free trial to help you experience the benefits of our services.

Product Retention:

At the end of the trial period, if you choose to continue with a paid plan, you may retain the NFC-enabled products at no additional cost.

If you do not wish to continue with a paid plan, you must either:

Pay for the products at the following rates:

• NFC Tap Cards: $30 each

• Coasters: $20 each

• Stands: $50 each

Or, return the products in their original condition within 7 business days after the trial ends.

Product Return:

Products must be returned to Review Boost AI in their original condition.

You are responsible for the shipping and handling costs associated with returning the products.

Condition of Returned Products:

Any returned products that are damaged, incomplete, or unusable will incur the applicable fees for retention as stated above.

Failure to Return Products:

If products are not returned within the specified timeframe and you do not wish to continue with a paid plan, you will automatically be invoiced for the applicable product fees.

Agreement to Terms:

By participating in the free trial, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Clients who do not agree to these terms cannot proceed with the free trial.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, either express or implied.

• We do not guarantee that our website or services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
